The property was beautiful, it was well kept, all the linens were new. The bedding was new and soft and higher grade, quality, bedding, and mattresses. The pillows were extremely comfortable. All the products offered in the room from the make up removers to the hand soaps were top quality. From the lobby to the room to the kitchen area where breakfast was served everyone was very hospitable. The hotel also hosted one of the best breakfast in any hotel. I’ve stayed at with a larger variety of things for adults and children alike.

It was convenient to our route. Most everything was good. The staff were pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was one of the best we ever had. Everything was fresh, delicious and there was plenty of food and choices. The room was very quiet, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. We definitely would stay there again. The staff was very friendly.

The young front desk lady was so friendly! I completely forgot her name but she needs to be recognized as a great employee. She went above and beyond for all my children's needs and has a smile on her face the whole time! Everything was great, the pool was awesome. The food was delicious and the place was super nice

If IHG had more employees like Lynne (the lady who took care of the morning breakfast) their booking would probably skyrocket. She went over and above to make sure that our breakfast was fresh, hot and well prepared. Then above that she always has a smile, a great morning greeting and was ever so pleasant to converse with. whenever we come back this way we are going to make sure we stay there because of her. ps. having electric vehicle chargers helped also. This was particularly nice after we came from a Holiday Inn in Baton Rouge that was a miserable experience.
